D\u00e1vejte si pozor na takzvan\u00e9 podvodn\u00e9 triky. Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o tzv. Odkup nemovitosti spole\u010dn\u011b s v\u011bcn\u00fdm b\u0159emenem neboli revezn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka &#8211; u tohoto podvodn\u00e9ho typu, to prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tak \u017ee dan\u00e1 banka nebo spole\u010dnost od v\u00e1s odkoup\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed nemovitost a vy za to dostanete pen\u00edze.
